My Story
Hi, I’m Gerrald Angeles. I’ve been working in healthcare since 2010, and I’m passionate about helping people feel healthier both physically and mentally.

A Career Shaped by Listening and Care
I began working as a nurse practitioner in 2017, caring for patients in an outpatient nephrology setting. I worked with individuals at all stages of chronic kidney disease and managed conditions such as hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and proteinuria. Through this work, I saw how long-term illness often impacts mental health, quality of life, and daily functioning, with many patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and emotional stress alongside their medical concerns.
These experiences sparked my interest in psychiatry and shaped the way I approach care today. I now focus on providing compassionate psychiatric care for adults and seniors, taking the time to listen, understand each patient’s story, and support mental well-being alongside physical health.
