What to Expect

Initial Evaluation

Your first visit is typically 45–60 minutes. During this appointment, we’ll review your current symptoms, relevant medical and psychiatric history, and treatment goals. This initial consultation helps guide accurate diagnosis and next steps in care.

Treatment Planning

Based on the initial consultation, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan. This may include medication options, non-medication strategies, and coordination with other healthcare providers when appropriate. Treatment decisions are made collaboratively.

Medication Management

The focus is on selecting and adjusting medication to find what works best for you. Early follow-up visits may involve more frequent check-ins to evaluate effectiveness, manage side effects, and fine-tune dosage or treatment options.

Ongoing Care

Once treatment is stabilized, ongoing care focuses on maintaining progress over time. Follow-up visits are typically 15-20 minutes and are used to monitor treatment effectiveness, review side effects, address new or emerging concerns and support long-term mental health and stability.

Clinic Policies

  • We are an outpatient practice. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
  • We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is clinically inappropriate or outside the provider’s scope of practice.
  • We do not prescribe stand-alone Benzodiazepines or Tranquilizers.
  • We do not prescribe Benzodiazepines and Stimulants together.
  • We do not handle disability documentation or paperwork.
  • Telehealth visits can only be done if you are physically located in California at the time of your appointment.

– $300 for initial visit
